Welcome to Absolute CPR LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, www.absolutecpr.com, and participation in any classes, courses, or services we offer.

By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before registering for a class or making a payment.

  1. Services Provided

Absolute CPR LLC provides CPR, AED, First Aid, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and related emergency training courses for individuals, groups, and organizations.

All courses follow current American Heart Association (AHA) or other recognized training guidelines.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to register for a course. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

  1. Registration and Payment

Registration is completed through our website or in person – appointment required.
Payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.
We accept secure online payments through third-party processors (e.g., Enrollware, Stripe, Square, etc.).
Your registration is not confirmed until full payment is received.

  1. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

We understand that schedules can change.

Rescheduling  and Cancellations by Participants/Students:
Absolte CPR offers a sliding fee scale based on the number of days until your class. This can be found in our General Policies. In place of strict cutoffs and dollar amounts like other businesses have, we feel this sliding scale offers more flexibility.

Cancellations or Rescheduling initiated by Absolute CPR LLC:
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you may choose a full refund or to reschedule class.

Refunds are issued in the same manner received.

  1. Course Completion Cards

Course Completion Cards are issued only upon successful completion of all required skills and written testing (see course information to see which courses/classes have written tests).
Completion of a course does not guarantee a Course Completion Card if performance or attendance requirements are not met.

  1. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors and classmates.
We reserve the right to remove anyone who disrupts a class or violates safety guidelines, without refund.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, logos, course materials, and images, is the property of Absolute CPR LLC or its content providers.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials without written permission.

  1. Limitation of Liability

CPR, First Aid, and Advanced Life Support training involve physical activity. By participating, you acknowledge and accept any risks associated with course participation. Please ask your Primary Care Provider if participating in class is allowed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Absolute CPR LLC is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of our website, services, or participation in our classes.

  1. Disclaimer

While our courses are designed to meet recognized training standards, Absolute CPR LLC does not guarantee any specific employment outcome, certification acceptance, or licensing result. Always confirm certification requirements with your employer(s), academic institution(s), and/or regulatory body(ies).

  1. Privacy Policy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect your data.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or policies. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our website or services after any updates means you accept the revised Terms.
